A SQUIRMING PIECE OF FRINGE SCIENCE WASHES ASHORE ON AN ALL-NEW “FRINGE” THURSDAY, DECEMBER 3, ON FOX

After a cargo ship runs aground, the shoreline becomes littered with bodies hosting a giant squid-like creature. The Fringe team descends upon the scene to examine the bodies and discovers that the mysterious organisms are actually giant parasites. As the investigation unfolds, Walter heads back to the lab while Olivia, Peter and Broyles race against time when they realize the case has ties to a threatening organization in the all-new “Snakehead” episode of FRINGE airing Thursday, Dec. 3 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. It looks like a lamprey with snakes instead of a scolex--and that sort of looks like Walter's blood....

I switched "part 1" and "part 2" in your post.

Why do they give us this scenemaker before episodes ? Those belong on DVD features.
It kinda ruins everything for me.
The only time I watched before an episode was the midnight one, and I was highly disappointed. I had expected too much of that scene.

i watched them AFTER the episode or my expectations are way too high too
