When passengers aboard a commuter train appear to have died
a still death, it seems that a switch was flipped because all cell
phones, mp3 players, laptops, batteries and bodies have been drained of
power. As the Fringe team assembles at the bizarre crime scene, Peter
remains suspicious that something is amiss with Walter, who is
struggling to keep the unimaginable a secret. When the investigation
leads them to Alistair Peck (guest star Weller), a very powerful man
who has tremendous energy with severe consequences, an ironic set of
circumstances surface in the all-new “White Tulip” episode of FRINGE
airing Thursday, April 15 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (FR-217)

In this episode Peter will beat up Peck, this powerful man. It will be very interesting! I hope peter will show his possible abilities in that scene!

Severe consequences.... what do you suppose this means?

Yes, it does remind me of Power Hungry! Good point.
Do you suppose this one was altered too?

And I too look forward to finally finding out some of what Peter is capable of.

Well, the consequences could be the same as with Meegar.
Hes has energy, and when it needs to get out, it just blows up the fuses and people too.

I think Astrid will learn it. Either in this episode or in the previous one.

It would be nice for Astrid to have a bit more forward part now, wouldn't it? I am so pleased with the developments they have been doing with her.

Peter will be the last one to know.

See, it would be fun though, if he could tell Broyles; it would be good for Peter to be able to, when he is back and all over his freak-out, to calmly say to Broyles, "oh, by the way, I'm from the other universe, and did you want pizza too, Walter and Olivia and I are going out for some?"

What if this Peck was from the AU?

..you mean, that's the cause of his power?

What i mean....This Peck has special abilities AND he's from another universe, but this is not the cause of his power. He could be Walternate's helper

..that's interesting. Since we know the other side folks created the shape shifters as the first wave...... someone created them. And sent them. Who did? Is Walternate in league with them? Opposed? Unaware?

And, for that matter, why can't William Bell leave and come home?
How did the SS know Olivia was going over there & where/when? They knew she was going to meet Bell. How? And if they knew all that, why would they need to try to stop her, or to interrogate her? Couldn't they just bug his office?

Walternate is on the white side.... I hope.

Why was Walter able to go over there and come back, and William can't ?
That's a good question..... do you think Robert Bishoff () could have experimented on Walter, just like Walter did with Peter and Olivia ?

I hope the Walters can work together! And I think they are smarter than William---I'm thinking he is maybe a tech whiz, but not the intuitive genius the Bishop family are. In the lab notes, Walter often refers to his visitor stealing his ideas, and then there is the mention of his visitor taking stuff out of his brain... surely that is referring to the surgery.

Also-----which grandfather's funeral was it that Peter remembers going to? Isn't that the thing Rogue asked him to think about?

JOHN MOSLEY: Shame you never met him. (about Robert Bishop) Come on. Dig. Careful.
