This one is an altuniverse episode. I don't know whether the whole episode will be about the alternate. We could possibly have no Peter in this.

There were scenes filmed outside last week (Wednesday) on a rooftop with altOlivia. Walternate was rumoured to be there as well, but there were no sightings. Kirk Acevedo has been seen doing scenes on Wednesday of last week also and he is still in Vancouver.

Josh is now in Paris with Diane (she lives there), as of this week. So, he obviously is not filming anytime soon. Don't know if he was there last week as well. This episode was being filmed all of last week, and most of this week. So, not sure if it's all to do with the altuniverse, or the writers will have our side thrown in as well.

Guess we have to wait and see.

Episode 14 is suppose to start filming on the 10th December and will go through to 17th and then will have two days of filming when they return on the 3rd January.

Hmm--well, he's no reason to be appearing over there now, does he? Maybe though they filmed some spare studio shots ahead? (They could resort to CGI like they do with the Observers! ) Poor Peter.

No, the Observer paste-ins are more like someone using decals or stickers.

But, back to the suggestion that Peter's not in the episode---could well be he's not. Why would he be?

While I want them to finish the alt-u storyline immediately, if not sooner, and never show the alts again, I would like to know about the link between OtherMother and the Alt-Bishop family.

And if there are any US readers who remember older TV commercials, every time I see that clip of Peter and otherElizabeth talking about bacon, I think of the dog in the Beggin' Strips commercials.

Yeh, there isn't any reason why he would be now.

The irony of the whole altuniverse thing is that Peter is from there and that is where his real mother and father is. Shouldn't the writers be dealing with that, the fact that he is from over there. But alas, he meets his mother for all of two seconds and has a two second conversation with his real Dad. They bring him back pretty much straight after they took him over there, and yet they make the altuniverse all about Olivia.

I'm sorry, but I don't get it. Oh that's right, Peter was just being used to facilitate the Olivia story once again. My bad. LOL.

At least it's becoming clear to us now where the priorities lie...

Truthfully, I don't want to see Peter's family over there, either. I don't care about the other side, I want to know what they are going to do NOW, HERE.

The whole alt-thing is an exercise in "what if I was really adopted/a princess/a millionare/really sexy/the cheerleaders all dated me/how much better my life would have been".

This is only fascinating after an episode or two if you are unhappy with your life and your past; it's a kind of erasing who you are now, a "grass is always greener" fixation. If you're not wishing you could go back and be more popular in high school, or you had married someone else, it gets old.

There would be enough in the past for all the characters to do a lot of interesting things on say, Peter's past--from his point of view-- on Walter and Bell as young scientists, first getting the Harvard Lab and the military contracts--to balance off the extra Olivia stuff.

If they wanted to.

Maybe we Peter fans need to speak up more.

Ah, the writers' moves to humanize Walternate will start. I think they fear if them leave him as the monster he is, Noble won't get the Emmy they keep demanding he get. It's too bad, I like having them be really different people.

Though that much time has not elapsed, that'd be a few weeks before delivery, and it is way too high. Maybe she has her purse under her coat.

First : she's not pregnant.

I'm with you. And really, that much bump would mean she would be waddling like a duck, unable to stand up straight, her pants would not fit, nor her tops, and--------several months would have passed.

Yes. And she's not pregnant.

Frank, I don't know. He was miles away when Ourlivia was stuck there, they haven't spent as much time together as Altlivia and Peter.

Oooh maybe he'll bring back smallpox!
