Wowwwww!!! Next episode will be mind blowing!!! Peter as an energy ball?? Woowww!!

About the "reborn" word, it can be a possible reference to peter when he comes back! A new peter in a new world!

It's getting really exciting, isn't it?
Did you read the text of what he was saying to Walter in this past ep? I had to re-watch with captions on, to be sure of it all.

I wonder if he's been saying the same things to Olivia in her dreams? I also thought that by what he's been saying, maybe they are appearing to him in the same way?

(Walter saw him, then heard him, but intermittently, and can't tell where he is; maybe Peter is seeing flashes of them, wherever his energy state touches theirs?)

I love the energy ball effects. Friday can't come too soon.

I've been wondering, will they really start Peter over? Will he remember anything?
They've said we'll return to important moments in the past, I'm anxious about how they're going to 'rewrite' the past. It's hard to keep up with what now happened and now what was wiped from this history!

Most importantly, will everyone 'over here' return to the 'blue universe', or will we be staying in the 'orange universe' for a while?

"REBORN" Holy cow, that certainly seems to indicate a new beginning.

Peter! Get your butt back here! We need you!

What a great idea, not doing a video camera because Peter's out of phase with this reality, that he'll appear on some cameras but not on other cameras. "He watched the fight sequences from 'The Matrix'," and "I look forward to another visitation".

Elliot, I've seen where Peter seems to recognize
Walter, he's saying, "Walter, I'm right here" or "Walter, I'm right in front of you".
So Peter may know some of his past? I don't know, but Friday can't get here soon enough!

Okay, so Peter does retain some of his memories, doesn't retain others, that should be a brand new playground!
Your idea about September turning up the gain, that's awesome!
Either way, the last few frames looks like he's going to finally materialize (after a couple of attempts?) to Olivia. Come back, Peter!

I've read in several places that he will retain his memories. (That's not only how he convinces them of who he is, but why. If he didn't remember, he'd not be interested in them in particular.)

Did you notice that Olivia's bedroom color scheme is no longer mostly red? It's cooler, blues and ambers and neutrals. There were flowers and leaves and such, too, in the decor, and a photo of her and Ella, I think, on the night stand. Gotta look at my screen caps closer. (i'm loving my tv thing!)

So--- do you think Peter is gaining energy somehow (as he's getting more able to be immanent) or is September secretly turning up the gain on the device to return him to the timestream, instead of turning it down to remove him?

I don't think it's september but peter himself! At least...i hope!

Me too! And it looks like he makes his way home, saves himself!!

(Though I hope September really cares about him and Walter and Olivia, and will protect them where he can.)

It turns out to be that little sneak we saw before (with the cameras)... it was suuuuper slow to load for me, I had trouble too. FOX have got to get a better viewer. (And they need to make those available everywhere, too. Geez, guys, you want viewers, right?)

Heartbreaking: Newlivia really doesn't give a fig about Walter as Walter. Looking like Peter saves him from the institution all over again? That would be epic!

Whoa, Whoa, that didn't mean that "Newlivia" -nice! doesn't give a fig for Walter.

Newlivia is in a dark place, she seems interesteded in exploring the unit's goals, but no, this one Doesn't Love Walter.

That doesn't make her a bad person. Have you seen any other promos besides the brillantly blue, formless apparition?

First of all, gossipy me had to go, darn, Katie Couric's auditioning? Kelly's best role is in a, for better or worse, a 'wife'-like appeal. As unfeminist as that sounds, there's a perfect male counterpart and they often shine in the Best Friend role. '
Or Second Banana. Those roles can enhance both the actor and the main character he's revolving around.

It IS ironic (still hope I'm using that word right sometimes) that the colorful secondary character elevates the main character by his counter-beat.

Oh, you're right; that's what I meant, she doesn't love him. She might have the power of go or stay, but she doesn't care what happens to him as Walter.

He's a tool, an asset, I'm sure Newlivia would be sad if he blew his brains out, but she wouldn't bend the rules to stop him. She stopped him lobotomizing himself out of human concern, but not love.

And that's heartbreaking, and awful. All that work of becoming a family, in the toilet.

I am glad they are showing it, however; it brings her back to Human status, rather than Superhero, making her emotions much more valid. And of course they are doing it to show us what we have lost.

And what we will regain.

Hey.... since Peter was Walter's son, he'd be able to convince Walter who he was, knowing things about Peter's childhood (enough to suffice for either universe)--- but Olivia wouldn't have any common memories for her to grasp as a starting place to accept Peter....... unless in this timeline, he was part of the cortexitrials, and they met then. His timeloop journey might give him access to that knowledge?

? I want to hear him say where he was, how he was (was he corporeal? a cloud of energy?) and what happened while he was gone. (I want him to talk about the stuff in the comic, since they've said it was canon.)

And you have an advantage, having read the comics. I'm doing a list, it's 4 hours till showtime, and I want to work in a nap beforehand. Somewhere in there I'm hoping to read the comics. *goes to stir soup on the stove*-
