Doing that very very fast, in order to make this board a bit better.

It will take a bit of time to feel "lived in", I suppose. Hanging pictures on the walls always makes a place feel more like home---same with a forum I guess.

I am confused, I guess--I saw the ranks under the avatars--but got that tied up with the season two titles reference.
Evidently I am not as caught up on my sleep as I thought. And paralyzed, maybe mentally!

Argh! I had ordered the fringe dvd and finally wondered when it would arrive--they had a glitsch and accidentally cancelled my order without telling me, now I would have to pay a bunch more for it. *angry*

I did notice, and like them--esp the cast & crew with the scarecrow (with his crow!).

About the smileys and avatars not showing, it is a problem coming from the server, Forum is currently under maintenance, they're working on it.

My sig's not showing up, but it doesn't even show up as a question mark.

One thing I have difficulty with is reading the subtitles on the black ground. I like the black, but could the font be in more start contrast? Up above, where it says "A Backed-up Community ?" , I can only see a smudge, and have to highlight over it to read it. And that's the same for down below where, I assume, it says "Jump to" for the select a forum box. Even WITH my glasses on...

Now that is better, but the message box text (this stuff) is less dark, and harder to read. If I have to choose, I'd say, let the other setting go back to what it was, I can mouse over it when I want to use it--for the message text, it will give me a headache to try to read this gray.

Cranky, ain't I?<---see, that's black; and while I know the quoted stuff was intended for black, and the other stuff (? 90% black? 85%?)--whatever we have now is blurry to me. I'm 20/10 or 20/5 for distance, bifocals for wiring and sowing seeds (and reading the phone listings!)---haven't needed glasses for here until this.

I have to ask the Forumotion staff the name they used for the title and else in the CSS code, in order to change it.

So it won't change all the text on the page.
