2x22 "Over there - Part 2"

Jade, I remember your theory about Observers living underground.
I still don't believe they do live under the surface, but, while looking into old files, I found some interesting things :

I played "Indiana Jones and the infernal machine" when I was a kid, and everything was based on mythology. Sumerian, mostly.
The big baddy you had to fight at the very end was Marduk.

In mythology he lives on the 7th floor of what we called the Babel Tower -Etemenanki-, but in the game, he can be found in the Aetherium (the upper sky/heaven).

A part of the Aetherium was trapped inside our reality when Babylonians activated a machine, hidden in the Babel Tower.
It is composed of oxygen and aether, and you have to find the four devices from the four disciples of Marduk (Urgon -a stonebreaker, in Shamabala Temple-, Taklit -invisibility-, Azerim -levitation- and Nub, an alien-devices activator).

But breaking the boudaries between our reality and the Aetherium destroyed the place, and our reality survived.



I loved that game, talking about it make me want to play !

I said that the Aetherium was the "upper sky/heaven", but in the game, it's underground. That's why I tought of your theory.

Now i'm going to play.

I remember an observation about "inner child", where walter talk about the solar system and includes Pluto.
The God Pluto/Ade lived in the subsoil

Maybe not underground as "underground", but like in Dungeon & Dragons, or Forgotten Realms. On another astral plane, exteriors planes.

I still believe they're from another dimension

Yes....An ancient forgotten realm too

And yet, i've never been a fond of the world "realm", maybe because of the french translation.... it doesn't sound as good as "you just reached another astral plan !!! What do you do ? Save throws, everyone !"

Now i want to play Dungeons and Dragons.
