No new footage, except maybe the first Walter scene, saying "Fantastic" ?

even the "fantastic" is in Jacksonville (when Peter said they won a travel to new york, and Walter replied "fantastic i 've never won anything" )

I was thinking/hoping it was an early April Fool joke, but they mentioned Anna vamping it up as a detective agency, and I remembered those promo shots with Peter and Walter in fedoras, and the one with Olivia on Peter's lap........ well, Josh plays piano and I think Lance is musical, so maybe it won't be too awful.

Or maybe a special special episode ? Like PushingDaisies-style detective story ?

Story takes place in an alternate universe where toons live with real humans.... wait.

I don't know, I just hope it doesn't get too far fetched.

Though I would like to see film footage of that detective agency photo shoot, and wondered at the time what is was all about.

I'd love an alternate "we haven't invented internet yet" world...

No way! If they won't do a Halloween show (well, since every show is a Halloween show, ), they won't do a musical.

Although we could certainly hear some singing from them, and not just Walter.

Here's a piece of personal trivia, I usually watch "Human Target" smiling or laughing at bits besides the good action scenes, but I watch "Fringe" all tensed up, sometimes chewing a fingernail. It's a different kind of excitement. What's up with that?

Well, I'd like to say that because it would make me sound so dedicated, but I think it's just an obsessive behavior trait.

I do know I'm a little obsessive. The trick is not to let it rule my life. When I really like something new, I'll watch it over and over during a weekend. I only get annoyed when Mr. Cathy's sigh makes me realize how many times I've subjected Him to the same show, then I go, oops, time to watch something else!

well i'm an insomniac which gives me plenty of time to watch obsessively over and over just about anything when Mr Xeen's asleep

Do you watch them back to back? I do that once (with a new show): watch & record, so I see it straight through, and then re-watch right after, to slow for the parts I want to re-see. But 2x in a row I do only once.......... though with the dvd's now I can pause and re-see a scene as often as I like....

I do that all the time, re-watch....screencap!....forward....play....caps...forward...play....caps...

Two minds/etc.

-------speaking of the which, have you noticed Peter's thermos is just like the Observer's?

and that Peter seems to be drinking alcohol all day long---and yet we've never seen him badly drunk. Maybe his metabolism burns it up before he gets too sloshed?

i can watch back to back episode until i crash, or buy the dvd and leave it inside the player to replay my favorite scene any time i want... i'm not the slow parts type, it kinda kills the mood for me

Which is why God invented the fast-forward button!
