Not to worry. I've been thinking this morning about how mature the writing in Fringe is, and how far they have taken the characters... all of this is normal development for people in extreme circumstances. Unusual in sci-fi writing, and very pleasing. Plus, they aren't out to just jerk us around the way Lindeloff seems to want to.

In that last Korbi thing, Wyman and Pinkner say they intend Fringe not to be secret driven, but to have secrets revealed and then action come from the revelations. This isn't beanbag, they are doing something surprisingly fine. And while I am still and always a Peter devotee, what they are doing with Olivia is really really good.

Because, honestly, you're not easy to read when i'm tired !
I mix up the words and have to look a lot of things up in the dictionary....

In the previews the woman asks Walter, (I'm paraphrasing from work)
"You'd destroy the universe for one life?"

We see a small coffin at a gravesite..

Dated wigs, 'youngish' makeup, and hosiery over the camera lens for a sepia tone,
but we finally get to find out what happened with the Peter we know getting abducted from the Other Universe.

Mr. Cathy seemed genuinely surprised when he asked me what I thought the endgame was going to be, and I said, "It looks like we have to destroy the other universe." Which is a pity, especially since it appears our Walter started the whole thing, stealing his counterpart's son and bringing him over here. Maybe this is where we'll see the Observer named September pulling Walter and Peter out of the lake. And "He is here." means Alter Walter has arrived.

Finally. But what I'm afraid of, is that showing us how the kidnapping happened, doesn't mean Peter will learn it in this episode, neither before the finale.

I don't want to end the season with "You're from the other universe" BLACK SCREEN. See you next year.

Ha, ha, you're so right. I hope Peter can discover, and deal with it in 8 episodes.

Either that, or, you know, he might decide he wants to date women who don't see him shimmer, so he gets the Patch, finds the "Undo" button, goes back Reiden Lake, and this season ends with him going to the other side, Olivia in pursuit.

I hope they finish the will he won't he find out thing before the end of the season, I want a new thing for the cliff hanger at the end of the season. Suspense is fine, drawn out over long it's just aggravating.

I agree with you Elliot! I want a new cliffhanger that could open a possible third season! I'll be disappointed if peter finds out his origins in the last episode! The season finale must be epic, and i want to see peter doing incredible things (for example showing us his abilities) to save both the universes!

To SACRIFICE HIMSELF to save both worlds, both fathers, mother and GIRLFRIEND.

Maybe another solution

Well, when I say "sacrifice", I don't mean him to die, but.... to go over there to... re-established balance, or stop the worlds colliding thing.
