I knew it!! Walter abducted Peter 2 because he's "important", as September said!

So he has to live.... we know one reason, he's Olivia's "trigger"

But why would he be dead if Walter hadn't abducted him ? Ilness ? Murdered ?

If he's only Olivia's trigger, that's a waste of setup and acting and all that they have made him. He has to be important on his own, not just a tool she uses. If she only needs him as a trigger, it could have been an inanimate object, or a memory.

So, something he will do on his own is equally as important as what Olivia does, or it's just a waste of everybody's time, especially Josh Jackson's. Would definitely be a waste of my time.

Something he does, as an independent being, influences the timeline & probability enough to make him important to the Observers.

My guess is that something he does affects the interactions between the two universes.
