| Not if there's any justice in the world. We're just spitballing on what significance if any there is beyond the 'cool factor' of the comic covers. I'm voting against the superhero thing even while I am acknowledging they are at least nodding to it.
My brain is going to be mush until well into the next season, I suppose.

They won't. You're right, I'm wrong, end of story. next time i'll just keep the comics thing to myself, and the DC guys.

| I'm sorry you feel that way, I thought we were discussing what might or might not be, I'm not sure I'm right any more than anyone else is sure they are, we have a long time to find out what any of that means. | |

| Another clue that could tie Peter to the Observers or the First Peolpe: the yellow! Everyone remembers the primary colors; red, blue, and yellow. RED represents something in the Alternate Universe, correct? And BLUE represents our universe. And what if YELLOW represents another universe? Or another league of people such as Cortextiphan kids? The opening credits for The Alternate Universe says “First People” instead of “Parallel Universes”, and Walter (about Cortextiphan kids) said at one point, ” Everyone once had these certain abilities. Somehow, we lost those in early development.” In addition to this, the yellow could also refer to the Observers… Especially since the colors were so prominently displayed on one of the walls in Walternate’s office/meeting area/whatever. At one point, Altivia was in front of blue (to indicate her later switch?)and Lincoln was in front of red (to indicate he’s a new character, to us, from the alt-world?). Later, Walternate was in front of red (naturally), and in another point, Peter was in front of yellow! So, the First People could be the source for cortexiphan and the yellow probably has to do with them. We saw the yellow street on the wall in Olivia’s school in Jacksonville…The street that would leads the cortexi-kids to the origin of their abilities. We saw a similar thing also on Peter’s GPS displaying YELLOWSTONE ROAD in “Northwest Passage”, but in his case the yellow could directly tie him to the First People and probably the Observers | |

| Peter sort of belong to two worlds. - Quote :

This, to me, was more referring to the "Wizard of Oz", as was the Jacksonville painted wall.

| So, I have some questions about the end of the episode.
1) When Peter tells Walter "I'm trying to see it your way, but I can't", what does he mean? Did Walter finally get to tell him his story, in the car home from the theater they reappeared in? Is it the not-returning thing he doesn't agree with? Even though the Observers told Walter Peter could never go back?
2) OK, it wasn't really Olivia in the car going home, but----after that revelation and that kiss, there would normally have been some glances and touches... NOTOlivia might have sat in the front with Broyles, but there still would have been looks in the mirror, etc. She doesn't know about the kiss, though she may assume that Olivia and Peter are already lovers...??? I am wondering I guess if Peter won't find out IMMEDIATELY that it's not his Olivia. How she could have fooled him even at the theater.
3) How does that machine know where to take them? I know it's all fiction, but--do they all just think "HOME!" and click their heels together and end up in the right place?

| 2) He won't push her, so I guess she will go home, just say goodnight, and after a couple of day, when he will finally asks her if she just kissed him -rhetorical question, he knows she likes him- to bring him back, she will hesitate and he will see it.
Added to the other details he will have noticed -but didn't insits because he thought it was just because he was tired- he'll figure it out.
Plus Rachel and Ella who will tell him this is not their sister/aunt...

| Oh ick you are right, we did not see him turn it off. Ugh.
I thought at the time that Olivia should not have let NotOlivia see what she did, impersonating her--she should have knocked her out cold, blindfolded her, and stuck her in a closet, and cleaned up the sink-------- Peter would have known to tell her this!! ---------and that they should have bound up Charlie--------really, it would have been best for getting away to kill them, but that's not how Olivia behaves, and it would have not allowed the whole infuriating substitution of NotOlivia for Olivia. Still.
