| the ratings for this episode were down.......1.2 rating.I've heard lot of people worried about it but I've seen a drop in general this friday.( holiday and fryday). We have been renewed for a fouth season but we must continue watching live!!!! by the way ... this episode was amazing!!!http://www.tvline.com/2011/04/ratings-friday-night-lights-fringe/ - Quote :
- In what was overall not a very good Friday for TV, NBC’s Friday Night Lights enjoyed one of the precious few week-to-week gains, inching up from its season premiere to 3.8 million total viewers and a 1.0 demo rating.
But elsewhere? Yikes.
Smallville, despite positive buzz surrounding the visit from Booster Gold, dipped 10 percent in the demo to a 0.9, and slipped a few points to 2.23 million viewers. Lead-out Supernatural held steady in the demo (0.9) but lassoed barely 2 million total viewers.
Fox’s already renewed Fringe dropped 14 percent to a series-low 1.2 demo rating, drawing 3.5 million total viewers.
Even ABC’s Shark Tank fell 7 percent, to a 1.4 demo rating. And it has sharks! What?
Friday’s big winner? CBS’ Girls Night Out: Superstar Women of Country special, which was tops in the demos (1.6) and in total viewers (8.5 mil).

| I loved walter and peter scenes!!!they were so heartbreaking!!!Love the reference to the white tulip sent by Peck, although Walter doesn't know that (and never will),he thinks is a god's signal!! | |

| I loved Broyles telling Walter HE wanted to know what Walter felt, not just what Walter thought he should feel. That was a good scene and I would like to see more. Plus, nice Peter trying to tell Astrid to tell Olivia he loved her (weird to have her not present, but maybe that's why). I liked knowing that while Walter thought he was talking to God, he was talking to science... and found it a bit odd that he did not also plead for Peter's life, but I know they are stressing that he is willing to let him go. I hope too they can let Walter let go of his guilt, as he is not responsible for what is happening now (Walternate is responsible for his own decisions). I felt sorry for Lincoln too, he clearly loves Faux and she isn't willing to love him back yet (though I think she will). Zombie-hearted Brandon...he's a good villain, but I keep waiting for him to get killed off (maybe Peter will still get the chance to do that; a blood-thirsty fan such as myself can hope ). | |

| tonight my husband and I made a fringe marathon : the last 3episodes in one shot and the only thing I can say is "wooooaaaaouuuuh"
As my husband said : "if we didn't know there will be a 4th season , we can think it is going to be the end of worlds" ... these episodes were very good, and the 66.02 is one the best of the show... can't wait friday ... I do want to see what will happen next !
I loved the walter/peter scene, lincoln/faux goodbye, all the emotionnal scenes were well played, and we feel the tension as well as the caracters.I want more ep like this one ! And I gave it a 10.
(and by the way, it is not only the pregnancy of Faux which was accelerate but all the show, giving him more and more tension)

| Interesting to remember that if Faux and the shape shifters hadn't lured Peter and Walter into digging up and building the Machine, the destruction on our side would not be happening.
So much for "this is what I am supposed to do"; Peter, like Walter, can be mistaken about fate.
I look forward to seeing how they have the story of the machine finish, as it is already different to what we thought it would be; nicely done.
