| So,
+2 Peter/Olivia/The Book. +2 The Observers, and September's way of protecting Walter. I don't think they meant they would let Peter die. +1 The little things, like Peter almost getting killed while crossing the street.
+5 Chirs Lloyd. I just love him.
-1 The inhaler. I think I'm just going to kill anyone who wrote that part. When the girl had her hands tied, ok. But in the car ? Pushing air into her lungs ? That's a bad idea. Whoever had it should try it. Asthma is about obstruction, you should never push air into lungs. Giving her hot water, or eucalyptus or menthol is a better way to calm her. And laying down is not confortable when you're trying to breathe.
And,
-2 A long episode for almost nothing.
It felt as if it was an "on vacation" episode. I'd like a monster-of-the-week episode now.

| I smiled in the asthm moment yep . lying down and pushing air mouarf mouarf mouaf .... My son would also laugh of that solution. I liked Christopher Loyd and also John Noble who makes a great job of emotions expressions. I liked the book thing, I liked Peter (ok i'm not objective at all with him  ) but at the end of the ep i was asking myself : "so what ? all that stuff for that?" I hope we will have the answer in a few week and then i'll make my mea culpa for thinking it was a long empty story. | |

| LOL, I've given up on their inconsistencies with science, they've gotten further and further from reality there. Their blend of physics and pop mysticism and fundamentalist theology is irritating, so I try to ignore it.
I think this was setup for more blaming of Walter--Pinkner made that very clear in that last interview, everything bad in both universes is only Walter's fault (none of it is Walternate's). That doesn't make any sense either...
Why the Observers are testing Walter's moral growth is beyond me, as well.
But, any episode without torture of Olivia, AND without fakelivia, is a good episode. My exultation on seeing those two negatives shows how far out of whack things have gotten, I guess. And if that silhouette means what everyone is saying it means..... I can go to bed an hour earlier on Fridays. | |
